Electronics Test & Assembly Technician I

Location: West Los Angeles, CA 90024
Position Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday

Shift Options:

  • AM Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM PT (30-minute lunch)
  • PM Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT (30-minute lunch)

Compensation:

  • $21.00 - $22.50/hour
  • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), accrued PTO, and 10 company holidays

Position Overview

We are seeking entry-level Electronics Test & Assembly Technicians to join a growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with 1-4 years of experience who are interested in electronics, computer hardware, and hands-on technical work.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a genuine interest in working with electronic components and assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Test electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Perform final assembly and inspection of finished products
  • Conduct system and quality control testing
  • Record and report testing data accurately
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable using computers and technology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in electronics, computer building, or technical assembly work

Preferred:

  • Experience working with electronic components or devices
  • Google Sheets experience
  • CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing, testing, or production environment

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing setting within a professional office/high-rise environment
  • Blend of office and production/warehouse operations
  • Onsite parking provided

Interview Process

  1. 20-minute recruiter phone screen
  2. 30-minute Zoom interview with Lead Technician
  3. 30-minute Zoom interview with Production Manager
